By booking an appointment with Beauty By Ells, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Booking Your Treatment
- By booking a treatment, you confirm that you understand these terms and agree to comply with them. Beauty By Ells reserves the right to refuse treatment or future bookings in cases of repeated late cancellations or no-shows.
- Age Restrictions
- Clients must be aged 16 or over for treatments. Some services may require parental consent for anyone under 18.
- Appointments
- All treatments are by appointment only. Please arrive on time to ensure your full appointment can be carried out. If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
- Health and Safety
- Please inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before your appointment. This helps ensure treatments are safe and suitable for you.
- Any Tinting or Lamination service offered is undertaken ONLY once a patch test has been given.
- Under NO circumstances will a treatment be given if you have not previously had a patch test with Beauty By Ells.
- Payment
- All treatments require a 50% deposit with the rest of the payment due at the end of your appointment. Accepted payment methods include cash and bank transfer unless stated otherwise.
- Cancellation Policy
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice are free of charge.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Missed appointments without notice may result in full charges being applied before future bookings are accepted.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
